RK’s service department in Virginia Beach has a complete staff of General Motors factory trained technicians and service consultants. We also employ Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda and other import trained technicians. Our Virgina Beach shop is authorized to work on all GM Vehicles, including the Saturn Vue, Saturn Outlook and the Saturn Sky.  We can work on Pontiac vehicles, as well.  All GMC cars and all GMC trucks and Hummer are also serviced in our service department, right in the heart of Virginia Beach. Arranging for service at our Virginia Beach service department is simple. When time is not critical, you can set an appointment at www.rkauto.com and "click your way" to an appointment.  Or, call  757-431-6674 for one of our consultants to set a convenient appointment for you. If it’s an emergency situation, just come in!  We are here Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

If towing is needed to Virginia Beach, during our work hours, simply call our consultants at 757 431-6674 and they will make arrangements to tow the vehicle. If it is after our work hours, call our towing service at 757 340-0131 and advise their operator that you want the vehicle towed to RK Chevrolet, Virginia Beach service or collision center if needed.
